Lemon Tree Lettings & Sales was established in 2020 and has grown into a business that prides itself on customer service. We are a fully registered company that are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure our clients are getting the best possible advice and guidance through the intricacies of purchasing and selling a home here in Spain. Integrity, hard work and honesty are our catchwords and our reputation is built on these standards.

The Lemon Tree team is made up of Linz (Business Owner) and Sara (Sales & Rentals Manager) and we are focussed on pulling out all the stops to find you your perfect home. As well as listing our own properties we work closely with collaborating agents and also directly with private owners.

Although based in Javea our area is far reaching and encompasses the whole of the beautiful Marina Alta. All of our sales and rentals are located throughout this fabulous region and we know it very well and would love to share it with you.
