This beautiful 3-bedroom villa ideal for families that want the space to spread out and relax. Set in the ‘Montgo National Park’ the villa is situated in an exclusive area of Javea in a quiet residential street, perfect for those that want a relaxing, stress-free holiday.

The large south facing terrace with its 10m x 5m pool enjoys spectacular views of the valley, with the backdrop of the impressive Montgo mountain. It´s a great place for that perfect tan as the ‘Pool Area’ enjoys 10 hours of sun a day and is ideal for those that just want to soak up those rays.

Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for up to 3 hire cars and is a short walk to the covered entrance which opens into a comfy glazed sun terrace with relaxing chairs and the perfect place to read a book.

Living, Kitchen & Dining Space
The open plan lounge / dining room with seating for all your guests is traditionally Spanish and is fitted out to the highest standard. The area is cool and inviting and perfect to get out of the afternoon sun. The newly fitted fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need. There are patio doors that open fully onto the impressive terrace with a large circular dining table with seating for 6 people that looks out over the pool and is ideal for alfresco dining.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – A large light and airy king bedroom with en-suite. The bedroom has sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases and boasts a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 – This king bedroom has fitted wardrobes and shares a newly fitted bathroom with bedroom 3 next door.

Bedroom 3 – A large light twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes that shares the bathroom next door.

ALL BEDROOMS ARE OFF THE LOUNGE DINING AREA

Shared Bathroom – A newly fitted bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. This bathroom is shared by Bedroom 2 & 3.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'

THIS VILLA IS ON ONE LEVEL WITH RAMPS AND SO IS SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH MORE LIMITED MOBILITY

At lunch you don’t have to move far from that sunbed. Choose between a large charcoal BBQ with its own bar area, perfect for poolside alfresco dining or the large outdoor dining terrace with its circular dining table for 6 people.

The villa is all on one level and is ideal for those with limited mobility. The house boasts Large Lounge & Dining Room as well as a glazed Sun Terrace & Newly Fitted Kitchen. There are 2 king rooms (1 x en-suite) and a large twin room all fitted to a high standard. The shared bathroom is brand new and offers a shower, bath & toilet.

Guests will want for nothing in this beautiful fully equipped villa. It really has something for everyone. It offers peace, tranquillity, and space for families as well as the privacy you want on a villa holiday. There are 5 restaurants within 5 minutes, a fantastic local supermarket and you’re only 10 minutes away from Javea with its ´Blue Flag Beaches´, bars and restaurants.
